At Groomy, training is much more than a help center. Our dedicated support team – Anne-Laure and Nadège – have hands-on experience in the thoroughbred, trotting and sport horse sectors. Their guidance fits both small-scale stables and large breeding or training operations.

24/7 access to e-learning modules
Our full e-learning platform is available anytime at formation.equideclic.fr. It includes:
- Step-by-step tutorial videos,
- Topic-specific practical guides,
- Unlimited access regardless of your starting level.
Modules cover all main features of Groomy, including client invoicing, supplier invoice tracking, and reproduction management for breeders.
Monthly topic-focused webinars
We run monthly webinars lasting 30 to 45 minutes, with a maximum of 10 participants. These live sessions allow you to:
- Dive deeper into specific features,
- Ask questions live,
- Exchange with other professionals in your sector.
Replays are made available after each session for flexible revisits.
One-on-one online training sessions
If you have specific needs or want to explore certain modules in depth, we offer personalized 2-hour online training sessions.
These sessions can cover:
- Optimizing your Groomy setup,
- Managing and organizing your horse database,
- Advanced feature usage strategies.
On-site training for larger operations
For larger structures such as training yards, breeding centers, or stud farms, we offer full-day on-site training sessions.
These face-to-face interventions allow you to:

- Involve managers in the transition process,
- Create a shared dynamic around the use of Groomy.
We adapt the content and approach depending on each team member's role (manager, groom, assistant vet, etc.) to ensure a smooth, organization-wide adoption.
Free training for your accountant or bookkeeping team
If your accounting is handled by a firm or internal staff, we offer free training for accountants or admin personnel.
This training provides them with the keys to understand Groomy's invoicing tools, financial tracking modules, and access to documents and tax reports. This greatly facilitates cooperation and document sharing, helping avoid back-and-forth during audits or declarations.

Training financing
Groomy is not yet Qualiopi certified, so training sessions cannot currently be funded by OPCO equivalents. However, we can provide quotes or participation certificates upon request, for your internal training policy.
